Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible husband JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Many people recognize me as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my life from highs and lows. My parents brought me to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. As I knew I could have a brighter future I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. It was my plan to go to school to graduate, and then get a good job. Then I wanted to have a family and a wife. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for the ideal life, reality had other plans. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. As I navigated my way to a new direction in my career, I found that I was supposed to become personal trainer. I enjoyed working out, I liked being around people and I enjoy helping others. In 2014, I launched my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. It is rare to find Asian women in the industry. As a coach, my goal is to inspire people to live a healthy and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their dreams and live the life of your dreams. As I started my job, the passing of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. my mind. Life really does have a way with giving us precisely what we require, even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin a new chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to start a new chapter in her life which gave me the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as the person I was back in my previous. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to talk about my experience and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieving anything you want in your life. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the greatest riches. Only one life is yours. I want you to live it to the fullest.
